During the past twelve years as a Realtor, I have been rewarded for my efforts as a Top Producing Realtor. My focus is Creative Thinking. Before Real Estate I was in the Marketing and Advertising field for over 10 years. I earned my e-PRO certificate for completing an extensive education in online advertising. I utilized all these skills when I list your home.

Another strength I have is in helping first time buyers achieve their dreams. It is so rewarding to see them accomplish that amazing goal. I am optimistic and think outside the box. I can see many opportunities when negotiating for a buyer.

I have had wonderful success with luxury home buyers and investment property buyers (mostly ocean front) finding real gems and then assisting with negotiating a winning situation. When it comes to resale, my clients call me, what a treat it is to list these homes and help my clients find their next. I believe the attention I give my clients, helps me stand out in the Real Estate Industry.

I spend as much free time as I can being outdoors, walking along the beach catching the sunrise before my day starts. I love to be on the ocean, boating, swimming, walking, BBQ's, pretty much anything that can get me outside or to the beach. Spending quality time with family and friends is the best part of life.

I am the mother of a great teenage son with Cystic Fibrosis. He is an amazing person and average teenager in many ways. One thing CF has taught me is to start everyday and every challenge as an opportunity for growth, development and to make the most out of each day. Working or playing, see the best in your day!
